Expertise supporting equitable access to STEAM
100% of our proceeds are reinvested in Ampere’s non-profit work creating equitable access to Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM) opportunities in rural, remote and Indigenous communities. We provide best-in-class digital productions, curriculum design, HR services and strategy to clients, then turn the income into meaningful impact.

Co-Design: For Community
For digital solutions, curriculum recruitment or strategy to be effective and embraced, they have to be relevant to the end user or recipient. The Ampere Agency employs a comprehensive co-design process, founded in extensive community consultation, to ensure that the voice of that person is “front and centre”, and that everything we create is rooted in deep, local understanding.
A Lifecycle Approach:
Service Creating Opportunities

The name Ampere is rooted in our Lifecycle approach – it’s an acronym for Advocacy, Mentorship, Education, Resources, Employment. It’s an approach to sustainable change that supports people in rural, remote and Indigenous communities at every age and every stage of life (because we never stop learning and growing).
We support this lifecycle approach by creating opportunities for people in our clients’ communities to develop applicable skills and real-world experience. Many Agency employees started as young interns from rural, remote or Indigenous communities (where opportunities are often limited), but built extensive skills and came to work for the agency as skilled, knowledgeable professionals.
